SCHOOL HISTORY

Tiny Tots started in 1989; today Tiny Tots is a Christ-focused educare centre and the ethos and the branding of the school reflect this. There are approximately 100 children who attend; 70 children who attend the preschool and 30 children who attend Aftercare (mostly children from the local primary school, Kirstenhof Primary).

Tiny Tots caters for children from 4 months old up until Grade R. Thereafter they move on to either Kirstenhof Primary or other primary schools. The Tiny Tots Aftercare only offers a pick up / drop off service to Kirstenhof Primary School learners in the afternoons as the school is just one block from Tiny Tots.

Tiny Tots is recognised in Kirstenhof and the local community as a school committed to excellence and the wellbeing of it’s children.

OPENING TIMES

Tiny Tots is open between 7am and 6pm daily, five days a week.
The school is open during all school holidays at no extra cost.
Tiny Tots closes for 2 –3 weeks in December.

MEALS

Tiny Tots serves the children a cooked breakfast and lunch daily with dessert. A juice and sandwich is served in the afternoon. Parents need only supply a mid morning snack of yogurt or fruit and a juice drink.

Tiny Tots has a wonderful team, many of whom have been with the school for many years. Each class has a teacher and an assistant, ably led by our Principal.

School fees for 2025:

Tiny Tots is a private preschool and school fees / budgets are calculated on an annual basis.

▪ Full day (07h00 to 18h00) – R4390 per month
▪ Half day (07h00 to 14h00) – R3880 per month
▪ Aftercare (12h00 to 18h00) – R2542 per month (includes Holiday care)

▪ Application fee R500 (will be deducted from first month’s fee) – once off
