The focus in this class is to ensure that the children are ready for Grade 1. The Tiny Tots Grade R teachers follow a carefully structured school readiness programme that has been thoroughly researched and tested. Reading, writing, maths and concentrations skills are nurtured and developed.

It is also in this class that we start preparing the children for their “interviews with the big school principals”. At the end of the year the Grade R class has an official Graduation at the year-end concert.
